If you’ve been frustrated or irratable and the reason is not immediately recognizable, what do you do to find out what’s bothering you?
Usually just stop what I’m doing and sit and think. Or if I’m too frustrated or irritable about a situation to even stay calm enough to sit and think then I go on a very long run.

A new year is here, but I can’t help but to be sentimental towards the years that have past. As I reminisce on events prior to this point in my life, I’d have to say it’s been great despite definite difficulty. 2009 (just like any year) was filled with highs and lows for me (and I’m sure for everyone). I could get into detail about my trials, but what good would that do...
